Can you identify the internet millionaire?

OK, OK  I have an idea. I think I know what I can do to recharge my MLM business. I am going to send an e-mail to all peeps in the world that: FOR A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, I WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS TO JOIN MY DOWNLINE. When I’m done making piles from the project (psst. in the  MMO biz they call it a campaign) I have another campaign that I will be “launching” April 10th at 2:00pm. I will be having a prelaunch conference call tommorrow but I will tell you a little about it right now. 

I am going to be interviewing candidates for my program and I am only accepting 2000 applicants. Applicants will be screened for their ability to give me fresh $100.00 bills. Only the crispy bills will be accepted, we just can’t have dirty wrinkly $100.00 bills corrupting the program. Bring your finest 100 bills to the interview and get there early, I’m selecting 2000 of the finest bills only. Don’t be discouraged if you are turned away because soon we will offer a program that you can give me $50 bills and I will be accepting 5000 of those. I know, it’s a ton of work but I want to be fair to everybody. If you don’t make it in my 50$ program than you are a loser. Sometimes you just have to face facts. I hate giving that tough love but its true. That’s the thing about me, I’m always honest. Anyway, try your best to get into the $100.00 program because the 50$ program is not quite as prestigious.
